APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on July 27, 1988
for a two-lot division of Harold Cook's property located at 7431
Section 8, Town of Norway, and
Fries Lane which is part of government lots 1 & 3 in fractional
WHEREAS, the property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map submitted for a two-
lot division of the Cook property located at 7431 Fries Lane,
part of government lots 1 & 3 in fractional Section 8, Town of
Norway.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee.
