RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT AND
PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
FOR PAYNE h DOLAN
WHEREAS, Payne and Dolan has requested renewal of Conditional Use
Asphalt Plant Permit for continued operation of their asphalt
Grant #37 for an Extractive Permit and renewal of their Portable
plant on Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission
does hereby approve the renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37 for
an Extractive Permit for Payne and Dolan of Wisconsin for the
period from June 30, 1988 to July 1, 1989.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council does hereby
approve the renewal of the Portable Ashphalt Plant Permit for
continued operation at its present location on Crowbar Road for
the period from June 30, 1988 to July 1, 1989.
