APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WITH BARBER COLMAN COMPANY FOR
THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEMS AT
NORTHEAST PUMPING STATION
WHEREAS, approval of Maintenance Agreement No. 61688F11 with
Barber Colman Company for the tern erature control systems at the Northeast Pumping Station, 576 W13950 McShane Road, for the
! eriod of August 1, 1988 through July 31, 1989 for a total of
110.00 has been recommended by the Public Utility Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utility
Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to execute
maintenance of the temperature control systems at the Woods Road
an agreement between the City and Barber Colman Company for
Pumping Station for the period of August 1, 1988 through July 31,
1989 for a total of $1 10.00.

DAYS PRIOR TO THE NEXT ANNIVERSARY DATE.

BARBER-COLMAN LIMITED SERVICE AGREEMENT
THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT ENSURES YOU THAT QUALIFIED
FACTORY TRAINED CONTROL TECHNICIANS WILL:
1. Perform regularly scheduled inapctions according to the needs
of your partic& building.
2. Check control system operation.
3. Make adjustmenta wherever required.
4. Clean, lubricate, and calibrate all controls covered by this
agreement.
5. Report any defect3 in the heating or air conditioning system(B),
suggest improvements which would increase operating efficiency,
and review new techniques that are now being employed in the
control industry to help keep the control system updated to the
most recent tschnological advances.
All inspections are to be performed during regular working hours
8:OO AM. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday inchive, except
for legal holidays. Should additional work be required OVBT and
above that covered by this agreement or during houra other than
those specsed above, such labor can be furnished at an added cost.

EXCLUSIONS:
Unlees additional provisions have been included on form F-13643,
and attached to this Limited senrice Agreement, thin agreement
does not cover-
1. The cost of material or labor uaed to repair or replace inoperative
equipment.
2. Servica calla requested by the customer to service equipment
other than that covered under the tern of thia agreement.
