APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on July 11, 1988 to
finalize an approximate 37 acre division of land in the SE 1/4 of
the SE 1 /4 of Section 29, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City off Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize an
approximate 37 acre division of land in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 29.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park dedication,
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineers.
and all other fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
