RESOLUTION TO EVALUATE
PSC ESTABLISHED RATES FOR

CITY 6F MUSKEGO WATER UTILITY
WHEREAS, the water consumption for Muskego water users exceeds
and
the average water usage used by PSC in establishing water rates,
WHEKEAS, due to new residential growth, commercial development,
additional Industrial users, and water users where their property
abuts an existing watermain, it would appear the City Water
Utility will have approximately 1,000 water customers within
three years, and
WHEREAS, water rates assigned by PSC were based upon estimates
and projections without benefit of experience, and
WHEREAS, the City Water Utility has now been operating for two
years, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received numerous complaints of
water rates being excessive, and
NOW. THEREFOKE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Nuskego does hereby request that the PSC review its water
rates for the City of Huskego Water Utility.
