AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF PARK DEDICATION FEES
(Recreational Trail)
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has requested
authorization for expenditure of park dedication funds in the
amount of $3,665.00 for the purpose of developing Phase I of the
proposed Recreational Trail, to include traffic bond, signage,
fuel and gates, on the Wisconsin Electric Power Company right-of-
way, and
WHEREAS, the Liability Insurance costs are estimated to be
$115.00, and
WHEREAS, these costs will be funded from Account #100-1100-7300,
Liability Insurance, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
the amount of $3,665.00, to include traffic bond, signage, fuel
does hereby authorize the expenditure of park dedication funds in
and gates on the Wisconsin Electric Power Company right-of-way
for the purpose of developing Phase I of the proposed
Recreational Trail.
