APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Town of Waterford)

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on June 22, 1988 to
the Common Council for a three parcel division of the Coates
property located on the west side of North Tichigan Road being a
division of Part of Lot 2 in the SE 114 of Fractlonal Section 11
in the Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
proposed division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map submitted for a
side of North Tichigan Road being a division of Part of Lot 2 in
three parcel division of the Coates property located on the west
the SE 114 of Fractional Section 11 in the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee.
