CTH "Y" CULVEKT CROSSING PROJECT
RESOLUTION AS TO
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the storm water drainage project in
the Industrial Park Addition #1, the City is proceeding with the
CTH "Y" Culvert Crossing Project, and
WHEREAS, the plans and specs have been prepared and the County
Permit has been applied for, and
WHEREAS, temporary construction permits are required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
execute the necessary temporary construction permits.
BE IT FURTHER KESOLVED that the City Engineers are directed to
bid out the project upon obtaining the County Permit and the
temporary construction permits. -
