APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Vesback)
WHEKEAS, a certified survey map was submitted on June 14, 1988 to
finalize a one parcel division of the Vesback property in the SE
1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a one-
parcel division of the Vesback property in the SE 1/4 of the NE
1 /4 and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, subject to
approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park dedication,
and all other fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
