APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Knapp/Starsak)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on June 14, 1988 to
finalize a two-parcel division of the Knapp/Starsak property in
the NW 1 /4 of the NE 1 /4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
parcel division of the Knapp/Starsak property in the NW 1/4 of
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a two-
the NE 1/4 of Section 15, subject to approval by the City
Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $400.00 in lieu of park dedication,
and all other fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
