APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Filut)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on June 14, 1988 to
finalize a two-parcel division of the Filut property in the SE
1 /4 of the NW 1 /4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the restriction that the driveway not be located within 60 feet
of the southeast corner of the proposed lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
parcel division of the Filut property located in the SE 1/4 of
does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a two-
the NW 1/4 of Section 10, subject to approval by the City
Engineer, and placement of the driveway restriction on the
certified survey map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park dedication,
and all other fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance. 0
