AMENDED
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
PURCHASE OF SQUAD CAR
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has requested approval to purchase a
new squad car to replace one declared a total loss when it was
involved in an accident, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
does herebv authorize the Chief of Police to Durchase a 1988
Chevrolet irom Jim Kornak Chevrolet/Oldsmobile, Inc. for
$14,547.70,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of the squad, less the
insurance money and the balance in the Squad Replacement Account,
if needed, shall be transferred from the Contingency Account.
