AMENDED
ROAD CONSTRUCTION
SCHULTZ LANE
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended road construction
on Schultz Lane, with property owners operating businesses
equally sharing the cost of construction and the two adjacent
right-of way, and
landowners providing necessary road dedication for a 50-foot
WHEREAS, the City lot will be used to construct the road at a 90"
angle at Durham Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommended the City participate
in the engineering and legal costs up to $1,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the road construction on Schultz
Lane with property owners operating businesses equally sharing
the cost of construction and the two adjacent landowners
providing the necessary road dedication for a 50-foot right-of
way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City lot will be used to
construct the road at a 90" angle at Durham Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City will participate in the
engineering and legal costs up to $1,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city is authorized to secure bids
subject to the two property owners participating in the cost and
signing an agreement to fund the project less the City's
participation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City is authorized to enter into
an agreement with subject property owners to allow a maximum ten-
year payment plan.
