APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
(HAW-INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDN. NO. 1)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Amendment to
Contract of Sale (Lloyd Hamm-Industrial Park Addn. #l).

MUSKEGO TO DISCONTINUE AND
VACATE THE ROAD DEDICATION
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN IN THE AREA OF RUBY DRIVE IN
ORDER OF HEARING
Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, at a meeting of
said Council, held June 14, 1988 at the Council Room, at
City Hall, Muskego, Wisconsin to-wit:
The following resolution having been introduced in the
"BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it,, the whole of
the following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "B"
That the street discontinued and vacated by this resolution
hereof and marked Exhibit "A".
is designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part
Introduced this 14th day of June , 1988.
NOW. THEREFORE. IT IS ORDERED by said Common Council, that a
hearing on the passage of said ResolLtion be held at a meeting of
said Common Council at the Council Room, City Hall, Muskego,
Wisconsin, on the 26th day of JULY , 1988, AT 7:25
o'clock, P.M.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Hearing on said
Resolution be published in the Muskego Sun as a Class 3 Notice;
and that, in addition, Notice of said hearing be served on the
owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands abutting on
said real estate herein before described sought to be vacated,
and discontinued, as a street, in the manner provided for the service of summons in Circuit Court at least thirty (30) days
before said hearing.
