AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
AND WISCONSIN BELL
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of an
Agreement for Centrex Service between the City of Muskego and
Wisconsin Bell for a term of at least three years, and
WHEREAS, this Agreement will result in a monthly savings of
$63.65.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to execute
an agreement between the City and Wisconsin Bell for Centrex
Service for a 36-month period.

In accordance with the tariffs and rates of Wisconsin Bell, Inc., this
application is submitted for C,Z/.r'Tr?: x Service provided under the
Exchanae and Network Services Tariff - Central Office Services, filed with the -~ .~
acceptance by Wisconsin Bell, Inc. of'this application for service signed by
PublicdService Commission of Wisconsin. The applicant understands that upon
applicant, all applicable provisions in the Wisconsin Bell, Inc. tariffs on
file become the agreement between the applicant and Wisconsin Bell, Inc.

minimum service
Wisconsin Bell, Inc. is a regulated public utility and is not bound by any
representations or inducements not set forth in its tariffs. The applicant - acknowledges having read the terms of this agreement and agrees to be bound
there5y.
