RESOLUTION AS TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
GROVEWAY LOT
(Sterzinger)
WHEREAS, offers to purchase the property known as Tax Key No.
2261.994 on Groveway Lane have been submitted by:
Ralph F. and Ann E. Sterzinger $22,100.00
Lorraine and Gary Radke
and James Godec, and
$15,501.00
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the
$22,100.00 offer submitted by Ralph F. and Ann E. Sterzinger, and
WHEREAS, this offer cannot be accepted because the City does not
own the land at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego cannot accept the offer of $22,100.00 submitted
by Ralph F. and Ann E. Sterzinger because the City does not own
the land at this time.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the making of the attached counter
offer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
