ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE
TRACTOR AND BACKHOE
WHEREAS, quotes for Public Works Department tractor with backhoe
have been received as follows:
Miller Ford Ford $40,680
Brooks Equip. Co. John Deere $37,300
Miller, Bradford & Case $35,450 Risberg
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended approval of
the quote received from Miller, Bradford & Risberg at a cost of
$35,450.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby approve the quote received from Miller,
Bradford & Risberg for a Case tractor and backhoe at a cost of
$35,450 and authorizes the City Clerk to execute the necessary
documents for said purchase.
