APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
NORWOOD ESTATES
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Norwood Estates, a twenty-seven
Town of Norway was submitted on May 18, 1988, and

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Norwood Estates, a
twenty-seven lot subdivision in Section 8 of the Klump property
of the Plan Commission.
in the Town of Norway, subject to compliance with the conditions
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies and approval of the City Engineer.
