ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE
CITY HALL FURNACE REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, due to deterioration of the two-duct furnaces in the new
addition to the City Hall/Library, quotes have been obtained for
the replacement of these units as follows:
The Wenninger Company $3,924.00
The Illingworth Corporation $4,200.00
Pro-Tel, Inc. $5,450.00
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the
low quote of The Wenninger Company, subject to review by the City
Attorney .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee does hereby accept the
replacement of furnaces in the City Hall addition, subject to
low quote of The Wenninger Company in the amount of $3,924.00 for
review by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds are to be transferred from
Grounds account.
the Contingency account to the Maintenance of Buildings and
