CCR1988131COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #131-88 AMENDED RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT TO APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF B2 ZONING PROPOSED BY ROBERT KLENZ WHEREAS, Robert Klenz has petitioned the Council to rezone 5.41 acres in the SW 114 of Section 10 from RSM to B2, for the purpose of commercial development, and WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the rezoning request conditioned upon development of this property commencing within six months. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission does hereby indicate its present intention that it approves of the concept of the project and the necessary rezoning proposed by Robert Klenz, and defers acting on the rezoning for a maximum of six months, unless withdrawn by the petitioner, said deferral pursuant to the request of Robert Klenz.
