APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on May 11, 1988
to finalize a redivision of the Dairy Queen property located in
Road and
the NW quarter Section 10 and addressed S73 W16770 Janesville
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Nuskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
the NW quarter Section 10 and addressed S73 W16770 Janesville
finalize a redivision of the 3airy Queen property located in
Road submitted by Knudsen subject to approval by the City
Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee,and all other fees required by
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
