RESOLUTION 11117-88
APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO FUTURE PARKLAND
DEVELOPMENT LANDFILL NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Common Council approved the Future Parkland
Development Landfill Negotiated Agreement in Resolution 11124-86
on June 10, 1986, and
WHEREAS, Future Parkland Development has requested to extend
their Saturday hours, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the limitation
that the site shall not be opened on Saturdays more than twenty
(20) times each year be deleted from the negotiated agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council upon the
recommendation of the Plan Commission does hereby amend the
Parkland Development Landfill as follows: specific provisions of the final negotiated agreement for Future

by-year basis.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council does hereby amend
the negotiated agreement for Future Parkland Development Landfill
as follows: Resolution 11117-88 to be effective upon written
acceptance of the same by Future Parkland Development within
thirty (30) days of the passage of resolution or the resolution
is null and void.

City of Muskego, stated to this office his intention to veto
Resolution {/117-88 as amended, Approval of Amendment to Future
Parkland Development Landfill Negotiated Agreement, which was
adopted by a vote of 7 "yes" and 0 "no" at the Common Council
meeting held May 10, 1988.
