BE IT RESOLVED that the Comn Council of the City of Muskego, does hereby
take the following action relative to properties offered to the City for
payment of back taxes and in Rem costs:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of the purchase of Tax Key No. 2261-
994 is subject to receipt of a title commitment satisfactory to the City of
hskego and approval of the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it nm appears that the lot is a buildable lot and
at the time of the passage of the original Resolution the City did not believe
this was a buildable lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Comn Council of lkskego does hereby invite
written complete offers to purchase, containing a minim of $500 earnest
mney from the following persons, James Godec, Lorraine Radtke or Ralph
Sterzinger, or combination of those persons or any one of those persons in
conbination with other persons; that said offer shall contain a proposed
purchase price of not less than $15,500 and shall be received by the City on
or before June 8, 1988; the City specifically reserves the right to refuse any
offer and/or all offers for any reason.
BE IT lTRTH!37 RESOLVED that the at of the purchase shall be charged to the
Sale of Landather Account, with said account to be reimbursed at the time of
the sale of the land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the
necessary legal documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City will reimburse Mr. Sterzinger an amount
not to exceed $350.00 for the cost of the percolator test because of the
potential benefit given to the City due to the satisfactory percolator test
if, in fact, the City purchases the land from the County.

BY WAUKESHA COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
does hereby take the following action relative to properties
offered to the City for payment of back taxes and in Rem costs:

BE IT FVRTHER RESOLVED that the approval of the purchase of Tax
satisfactory to the City of Muskego and approval of the City
Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby direct the City Attorney to draft an Offer to Purchase to
Radtke for this piece of property in the amount of $5,000 plus
consumate an equal division between James Godec and Lorraine
the accumulated delinquent taxes and any costs incurred by the
City in transferring the property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Muskego's offer to
purchase the parcel from the County is subject to the successful
offer to purchase by James Godec and Lorraine Radtke.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of the purchase shall be
charged to the Sale of Land-Other Account, with said account to
be reimbursed at the time of the sale of the land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the City.
