ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR 1988 SEALCOATING
ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Public Works Department advertised for bids for

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
low bid of C & K Liquid Asphalt, Inc. for the sealcoating be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Citv of Muskego. uDon the recommendation of the Public Works
the
Committee does Ler'eby accept the low bid of C & K Liquid Asphalt,
Aggregate for Sealcoating (Pea Gravel).
Inc. in the amounts listed above for the Asphalt Emulsions and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance security of $30,000
may be submitted in the form of a bond.
