APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Harold DeBack
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on April 27, 1988
to finalize a one parcel division of the Harold DeBack property
in the NW 114 of the SW 114 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval,
conditioned upon submittal of the proper fees with the
designation of "joint drive restricted to this area" to be
added to this certified survey map and adjoining certified
survey map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a one parcel division of the Harold DeBack property in
the NW 114 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, subject to approval of
the City Engineer and the conditions imposed by the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
