RESOLUTION 1/98-88
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEERS AND CITY ATTORNEY TO
PREPARE THE NECESSARY PLANS, SPECS AND OBTAIN EASEMENTS
(Hwy. 24 Sewer Project - Enterprise to 21392 West)
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended that
sewers be installed from Enterprise to 21392 West along Hwy. 24.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby direct the City Attorney to prepare a
proposed agreement with Waste Management, the City Engineers to
prepare the necessary plans and specifications and the City
Attorney to prepare the necessary easement documents.
