APPOINTMENT TO LOCAL NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE
(PROPOSED EMERALD PARK SITE)
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Siting Resolution 1\11-87 with
regard to a waste facility site proposed by Emerald Park, Inc.,
and appointed four members to serve on the local committee for
the purpose of negotiations, and
WHEREAS, Ald. Frank G. DeAngelis has submitted his resignation
effective upon selection of his replacement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby appoint the following person to serve
on the local Committee for the purpose of negotiations with
Emerald Park, Inc. concerning the proposed facility, to replace
Ald. Frank G. DeAngelis:
