RESOLUTION 1/96-88
PROPOSED EXPANSION OF FRANKLIN LANDFILL SITE
APPOINTMENT TO LOCAL NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Siting Resolution 1/73-84 with
regard to a proposed expansion of the Franklin Landfill Site, and
in accordance with State Statute 144.445(7)(a)2. is therefore
eligible to appoint one member to the local committee for the
purpose of negotiations, and
WHEREAS, Ald. Frank G. DeAngelis was appointed to this committee
in Resolution 1\74-84, and
WHEREAS, Ald. DeAngelis has submitted his resignation effective
upon selection of his replacement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby appoint the following person to serve
on the local committee for the purpose of negotiations with Waste
Management of Wisconsin, Inc. concerning any extension and/or
expansion of the Franklin Landfill Site to replace Ald. Frank G.
DeAngelis: 0
