EXPANSION/EXTENSION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT LANDFILL SITE IN MUSKEGO
APPOINTMENT TO LOCAL NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Council appointed four members to the local
committee for the purpose of negotiations with regard to the
expansion and/or extension of the Waste Management Landfill site
10/27/87, and
in Muskego in Resolution (172-84, with amendments on 8/25/87 and
WHEREAS, Ald. Frank G. DeAngelis has submitted his resignation
effective upon selection of his replacement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby appoint the following alderman to
serve on the local committee for the purpose of negotiations
with Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc. concerning any
extension and/or expansion of the Muskego Landfill Site, to
replace Ald. Frank G. DeAngelis: 0
