APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Wauer)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on 4/12/88 to
finalize a two parcel division of the Carl and Clare Wauer
property in the NE 1/4 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a two parcel division of the Wauer property in the NE 114 of Section 16, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $400.00 in lieu of park
Land Division Ordinance.
