APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on 4/12/88 to
finalize a one parcel division of the Joyce Schwabenlender
property in the SW 114 of Section 3, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a one parcel division of the Joyce Schwabenlender
property in the SW 114 of Section 3, subject to approval by the
City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
Land Division Ordinance.
