RESOLUTION #79-88
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
DURHAMSWOOD ADDITION NO. 2
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Durhamswood Addition No. 2 a 32
lot subdivision in Section 11 was submitted on February 22, 1988,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the condition that landscaping and management plans for the
outlot be submitted, and that utility and storm drainage
easements be provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for Durhamswood Addition
No. 2, a 32 lot subdivision in Section 11, subject to compliance with the conditions of the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to Plan
Commission approval of the Landscaping plans, Common Council
approval of the management plans and determination of ownership
plans, and City Engineer and Public Works Committee approval of the storm drainage easements.
