DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
(Schumann)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim from Robert C.
Schumann, S76 W19852 Prospect Drive for paint damage to his car,
and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the insurance company, the
Finance Committee has recommended that this claim be disallowed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby disallow the claim of Robert C. Schumann.
