WAIVING THE RIGHT OF THE CITY TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
FOR SALE BY JOHN INGERSOLL
(Muskego Business/Industrial Park)
WHEREAS, the Rules and Regulations for the Industrial Park
require that in the event any purchaser of land from the City
elects to sell any portion thereof, the same shall first be
offered for sale to the City, and
WHEREAS, John Ingersoll owns Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 2,Tax Key
Numbers 2221.010, 2221.011 and 2221.012, and wishes to sell the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby release their purchase option relating to
3, Block 2, Tax Key Numbers 2221.010, 2221.011 and 2221.012.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the requirement that a building be
constructed within one year of purchase is hereby waived on this 0 parcel.
