DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
(Schams)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim on behalf of
Leland and Jane Schams due to a fall on ice at Tess Corners Grade
School at W147 S6800 Durham Drive, and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the insurance company, the
Finance Committee has recommended that this claim be disallowed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby disallow the claim of Leland and Jane
Schams due to a fall on ice at Tess Corners Grade School at W147
S6800 Durham Drive.
