AWARDING OF BID
BAY LANE WATER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Bay Lane Water
Project, and the following bids were received:
Underground Pipeline $135,992.25 Madison Underground 126,109.00 Tomaro Contractors 164,100.00 Rock Contractors 161,174.00 United Sewer and Water 147,456.50 Tomasini 150,484.50 Super Excavators 135,991.00 Mainline 161,582.00, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineers and the Public Water Committee have
recommended approval of the low bid of Madison Underground in the amount of $126,109.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Water
Committee and the City Engineers, does hereby accept the low bid
of Madison Underground in the amount of $126,109.00 for the Bay
Lane Water Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City, and are further authorized to sign any change orders at 0 their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
