APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Mervyn Tess
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on March 1, 1988
to finalize a two parcel division of the Mervyn Tess property
in the SW 1/4 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a two parcel division of the Mervyn Tess property in
the SW 1/4 of Section 21, subject to approval by the City
Engineer,
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
