APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Glenn and Ruth Pellmann
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on March 9, 1988
to finalize a one parcel division of the Glenn and Ruth
Pellmann property in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, subject
development to the north.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a one parcel division of the Glenn and Ruth Pellmann
property in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, subject to approval by
the City Engineer of the drainage from the proposed development
to the north.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance. n
