THE CONCEPT OF RS-3/B-2 (OPD) ZONING PROPOSED BY JOHN INGERSOLL
RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT TO APPROVE
WHEREAS, John Ingersoll has petitioned the Council to rezone the
property referred to as the "DandiLion Park" property north of
Janesville Road in Section 9, from RS-3/B-2 to RS-3/B-2 (OPD) for
the purpose of residential and commercial development, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
rezoning request with certain conditions to be met prior to
rezoning, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to indicate its present intention of
approving the concepts which so far have been presented by John
Ingersoll, .and wishes to defer acting on the rezoning until all
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
developments have been met, said deferral pursuant to John
Ingersoll's request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby indicate its present intention that
it approves of the concept of the project proposed by John
Ingersoll, and defers acting on the rezoning request until all
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
developments have been met, said deferral pursuant to John
Ingersoll's request.
