APPROVAL TO AMEND THE CONTRACT FOR
RESCUE SERVICE FOR 1988
WHEREAS, the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department has requested
that the City approve an amendment to the Rescue Service Contract for 1988 as follows:
7. As consideration for the foregoing covenants and
Fire Company, Muskego agrees to pay the Fire Company and Fire
agreements and services to be rendered and performed by the
Company agrees to accept the following payments.
$120.00 per rescue call
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the above amendment to the
Contract for Rescue Service for 1988 between the Tess Corners
Volunteer Fire Department and the City of Muskego effective
immediately.
