APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESTATED PENSION TRUST
WHEREAS, the Common Council approved a Restated City of Muskego
Pension Trust on April 14, 1987 in Resolution 1/56-87, and
amended same on November 24, 1987 in Resolution 11247-87, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
second amendment as attached.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby amend the Restated Trust as attached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the amendment as Trustees of the Plan.

ATTACHMENT TO RESOLUTION 1/47-88
AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO RESTATED PENSION TRUST
Section 1.08 of the Trust is amended to read as follows:
Section 1.08: "Entry Date" shall mean January 1 of each
year.
Section 2.06 of the Trust is created to read as follows:
Section 2.06: Only with respect to Employees who satisfy the eligibility requirements of this Article 11 between
January 1, 1987, and March 8, 1988, an extra Entry Date will
be provided on July 1 during such time period.
