RESOLUTION 1/46-88
BUILDING CODE (PERMIT FEES)
AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 30
WHEREAS, Chapter 30,Section 30.05 (8) of the Municipal Code
provides that fees for permits required by this Chapter shall be
as from time to time established by resolution of the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
following amendments to Chapter 30.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby amend Table 1, Chapter 30 as follows:
Residence - One & Two family,
Accessory buildings & garages
Residences - Apartments, Three
family & over, Row housing
Multiple family dwellings, Institutional
Manufacturing or Industrial
(Office areas to be included
under E)
Permit to start construction
of footings and foundations
Wrecking or razing - Building
inspector may waive fee if
structure is condemned
Reinspections
Special Inspections
$4.50/1,000 cu. ft.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Section 30.51, Change of Occupancy,
(7) is hereby amended to change the fee from $25.00 to $30.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above fees are in effect as of
the date of adoption of this resolution.
