APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
SQUIRE GLENN
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Squire Glenn, a 19 lot
was submitted on January 15, 1988, and
subdivision of the Pellmann property in the SW 114 of Section 10
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
Bay Lane being upgraded with a road width that would be equal to
or greater than a collector street status.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Squire Glenn, a 19
lot subdivision of the Pellmann property in the SW 114 of Section
10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies, approval of the City Engineer, and approval
by the Public Works Committee of the road width as recommended by
~ the Plan Commission
