INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND LEVYING
AMENDMENT TO FINAL RESOLUTION 1/16-87 AUTHORIZING
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST BENEFITED PROPERTY
(OAK HILL SEWER PROJECT - ASSESSMENT DISTRICT "S")
WHEREAS, on January 27, 1987, the Common Council of the City of
Muskego adopted Oak Hill Sewer Project Final Resolution 1/16-87,
and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended amending the
Assessment Roll for the Jannet Brauch-Connelly property, Tax Key No. 2171.997, to delete the two laterals and add an 8" sewer
main, and reduce the 312 front feet to 163.95 assessable
frontage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby amend the Assessment Roll for the Oak Hill
Sewer Project - Assessment District "St' as follows:
