APPROVAL. OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on February 11,
1988 to finalize a three parcel division of Parcel 4 of CSM
5276 on Tans Drive in the NE 114 of the SE 114 of Section 5;
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a three parcel division of the Patricia Zach property
on Tans Drive in the NE 114 of the SE 114 of Section 5, subject
0 to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee. $400.00 in lieu of Dark
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
