APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on February 8,
1988 to the Common Council for a re-division of Lots 6, 7 & 8,
Block 3, Tichigan Heights, in the NW quarter of the NE quarter
of Section 14 in the Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the proposed division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map
Heights, in the NW quarter of the NE quarter of Section 14 in
submitted for a re-division of Lots 6, 7 & 8, Block 3, Tichigan
the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee.
