APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Harold Luther for
Subdivision, and
legal lot status of Lot 15, Block 10, Muskego Shores
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby grant legal lot status to Lot 15, Block
10, Muskego Shores Subdivision.
