APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(C . DeBack)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on January 14,
1988 to finalize a one parcel division of the Carol J. DeBack
property in the SE 1/4 of Section 29, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, subject
to rezoning from EA to R-1, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 596 to rezone the property has been adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
in the SE 1/4 of Section 29, subject to approval by the City
finalize a one parcel division of the Carol J. DeBack property
Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
Land Division Ordinance, and publication of Ordinance #596.
