APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
M. Bruce
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on January 27,
1988 to finalize a four parcel division of the Mike Bruce
property in the SW 114 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has granted a variance of 2.56
feet from the average width for parcel 1, a 2.44 foot variance
from average width for parcel 2, and a 32.52 foot variance from
average width for parcels 3 and 4, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has granted approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
finalize a four parcel division of the Mike Bruce property in
the SW 114 of Section 7, subject to approval by the City
Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $600.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
