APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH
TEETER-WARSH COMPANY, INC.
(Typewriters-Police Department)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve a Maintenance A reement with Teeter-Warsh Company, Inc.
for the period of 2/1/88 to 1/31/89 for one IBM Selectric and
two IBM Standard typewriters at the Police Department in the
amount of $150.00.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the attached Maintenance Agreement
in the name of the City.

SERVICE A-
This service agreement, when signed by both parties, will
for the equipment indicated on the attached list of seria
conaitions of this agreement are as follows:
1. The annual charges for the service specified in this contract are as
follows:

2. Other non-contract business machines can be serviced by us at a 30% dis-
count from our regular hourly rate.
3. Either party may withdraw a unit from this agreement or terminate this
agreement at any time by giving thirty days written notice to the other
party. In such event, any unearned service fees will promptly be refunded
3n a prorated basis.
4. The Customer agrees to pay all charges due hereunder. Teeter-Warsh will
bill the Customer at the inception of this contract. This billing will be
due and payable on or before such inception date. Invoice //23534/1-15-88

5. One inspection annually on the Customer's premises will be made for elec-
tric and manual typewriters during normal business hours, which are 8:OO
a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on non-holiday weekdays.
6. Teeter-Warsh will take all corrective calls due to malfunction of the
machines. The Customer is entitled to as many service calls as is neces-
sary, with no limitation imposed. Travel time is without charge to the
Customer during Teeter-Warsh's normal business hours.
7. All parts necessary for the proper operation of the machines will be
